Welcome to my blog ‘this is me’. I have to admit that as I sit to write this post, I am both excited and nervous. Excited because I have been procrastinating over doing this for a long while, and here I am today, finally blogging. Nervous because I haven’t done anything like this before!

Anyway, let me introduce myself. My name is Katrina, to close friends and family, I am commonly known as just Trene. I am happily married with three growing boys and I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in QLD Australia, where I work as a teacher aide.

I guess you could say that I am just an average “joe blow”, with nothing of importance to share with anyone. Why would someone like me want to blog? What have I got to offer and share with people? Who would read my blogs anyway?

I have an urge to share some (if not all) of my life’s journeys that have led me to this point in my life that I’m at right now.In doing so I hope to be able to help others that may have been through, or are going through the same or similar journey.  Sometimes, just knowing that you are not alone, can make a huge difference in our thinking process.

I’m not going to bore you too much in my first ever blog, I need to save something for my next instalment! I would like to leave you with an awesome website to check out and explore.In some of my darkest moments reading literature by the amazing Louise Hay and the authors at Hayhouse have helped me put things in perspective.
